Gus is a seasoned professional in the manufacturing sector, boasting over 30 years of experience. His career began with apprenticeships in both Fitting/Turning and Welding/Boilermaking, where he refined his skills to achieve mastery in his trade. Driven by a passion for engineering solutions and delivering top-quality products to customers, Gus has transformed Medina Engineering’s facilities and capabilities into the most comprehensive, efficient, and technologically advanced in the nation. He is recognised across the industry as a reliable partner and a leading expert in manufacturing techniques.
With engineering in her blood and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Arts (International Studies) from UTS, Jessica has overseen Medina Engineering’s administration for more than 25 years. Additionally, she is a Justice of the Peace and holds the position of Treasurer at the Southern Strength Agile Manufacturing Network, an organisation dedicated to strengthening and advancing the Australian manufacturing industry.
